By creating an account or using Coinverse (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login and withdrawal credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features, including withdrawals.

Coinverse provides tools for options, leveraged contracts, AI arbitrage strategies, cloud mining, crypto loans, and wallet management. Features, tiers, and availability may change over time at our discretion.

Crypto involves risk. Trading and investing can result in the loss of your entire balance, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Only commit funds you can afford to lose, and never trade with money you need. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed according to the methods and timelines shown in the app and may be subject to verification and applicable fees. We may apply limits or hold transactions for review where required for security or compliance.

You agree not to use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, abuse of bonuses or promotions, unauthorized automated access, or any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

To meet legal and security obligations, we may collect and verify identity information and monitor activity for suspicious behavior. We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that fail verification or breach these Terms.

The Platform, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by Coinverse and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services (such as messaging and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or funds, arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
